Aspirus Health & Performance Center is located on the hospital campus, adjacent to the Aspirus Antigo Clinic. The WelFit exercise program gives anyone the opportunity to exercise under the guidance of Aspirus Langlade Hospital staff. The SportFit program is designed for student athletes.
